Does the boat allow for technical adjustments for filming?
To a certain extent. The boat is intended for tourism and driving around Ljubljana. Of course, you can arrange non-invasive adjustments yourself, or we can assist you with them. It's best to stop by our boat and check what works and what doesn't.
Let's arrange a time to meet and discuss what can and can't be done during a quiet period before or after regular working hours, so that we don't do this in front of a crowd of tourists.
What is the capacity of the boat?
The boat can accommodate up to 48 people (depending on the type of equipment), which in most cases provides enough space for the filming crew and additional equipment. Otherwise, of course, it depends on your wishes, needs, and the staff you need.
How long can we rent a boat?
We offer custom schedules: the rental can last from 1-2 hours to several days, depending on your staffing needs or the duration of the project. We will agree on the best option.
What if the weather prevents filming?
In case of adverse weather conditions, a reschedule or refund will be provided. The boat is partially protected from light rain.
In which water area can we film?
The rental includes access to the Ljubljanica River, where our boat can sail. It is best to contact us by phone or email, and we will discuss the details.
Do you have support boats where we could film the events on the Barka Ljubljanica with cameras installed outside the boat?
To support such projects, we have two additional boats that we can bring in and install cameras, other equipment, or advertising materials on.
Do I also receive any ready-made content for promotion when I make a boat rental for creators?
Unfortunately, we do not yet have such a pre-prepared multimedia package.
In the future, we will offer you additional materials, such as professional videos of the boat sailing (including footage shot with a drone), ambient sounds of the river, photos of the boat, and templates for posting on social networks (e.g., Instagram Story frames or Reels intro templates). This way, you can create high-quality promotional content more easily, even if you don't have your own team.
For now, you can (with prior Rent a Boat for Creators) use our images from our social media. It might be a good idea to check the material with us before using it, so that there are no people in the images or that you do not use material for which we do not have explicit rights or that is not directly ours, etc.
Can you issue company invoices, e-invoices, etc.?
Of course.
When boarding or booking, let us know and we will send you an invoice by email or post as agreed. We will arrange it correctly.
