A gift voucher is the purchase of one of the rides or rentals for someone else. For more information, it is best to review the presentation page of the ride you would like to give as a gift.

How long is a gift certificate valid for?

Yes. The voucher is for a group of up to 48 people, but can be adjusted for larger numbers with prior arrangement.
What kind of experience does a cruise offer as a unique gift?
It is a relaxed and unique experience: beautiful views of Ljubljana from the river, an intimate atmosphere, and special attention from the recipient.

This is not possible with regular tours where the recipient is part of the regular program. For example, with a Regular Boat Tour or a Wine-Tasting Boat Tour.
However, this is definitely an option if you buy a gift voucher for Private Boat Rental. In this case, of course, if desired, we can include music, cake, balloons, personalized inscriptions or any other decoration for a special event.
Keep in mind that in this case, an additional hour of rental is charged, which is intended for preparing the boat before the start and cleaning the boat after the event ends.
What happens if the recipient wants to reschedule?
In the event of a change of appointment, a complimentary rescheduling is possible if it is made before the minimum deadline (e.g., 48 hours prior to the agreed-upon appointment).
Does the gift voucher include catering?
For regular tours, where the recipient is part of the regular program, no catering or refreshments are provided. For example, with a Regular Boat Tour or a Wine-Tasting Boat Tour, there is no special catering.
However, this is an option if you buy a gift voucher for Private Boat Rental. In this case, of course, if desired, we can also include music, cake, balloons, personalized inscriptions, or any other decoration for a special event.
Does the boat also operate in winter or in the rain?
No. The boat does not operate in this case, and all reservations are postponed.
How do I purchase and send a gift voucher?
You can order a gift voucher through our website and receive it either electronically (as a PDF with a code) or by mail. You can also give it in person or send it to the recipient by mail. Or we can send it to the recipient.
Can the recipient redeem the gift voucher for cash? What if the gift voucher expires?
Unfortunately, a gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift voucher is transferable. It can be redeemed by anyone if the recipient is unable to come or does not wish to. There is no need to state a reason.
If the gift voucher expires, we are happy to extend it. Please let us know in advance of your arrival, and we will arrange the matter without any issues.
